01Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Destiny Digital Tech LLC (“GuestPostHere”, “we”, “us”, “our”), which operates guestposthere.com (the “Site”) and the services offered on it (the “Services”).

By using the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or client, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for businesses, marketers, agencies and professionals.

03Our services

We provide link building and content services, including:

• Guest posts: new articles containing your link, published on third-party websites.
• Niche edits (link insertions): your link added to an existing, indexed article.
• Press release distribution, local citations and content writing, as described on each service page.
• Packages and bulk campaigns, including white-label work for resellers.

Websites that publish your content (“publishers”) are independent third parties. They are not owned or controlled by us. Each listing shows the details we have for that publisher, such as metrics, accepted topics, link type, turnaround and price. Third-party metrics (for example DA, DR or traffic estimates) come from outside tools, change over time and are provided for guidance only.

04Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. Tell us straight away at info@guestposthere.com if you think your account has been used without permission.

05Orders, pricing and payment

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are payable in full at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. Any taxes, bank or currency fees charged by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Prices and publisher availability can change at any time, but the price you paid for a confirmed order will not change.
• An order is accepted once payment is complete and you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order before work starts, in which case you receive a full refund.

06Requirements and turnaround

After payment, send us your requirements: target URL, anchor text and either your article or a brief. Turnaround starts once we have complete requirements and, where needed, your approval of the content.

Turnaround times shown on the Site (typically 3–14 days) are estimates. Publishers work to their own schedules, and delays outside our control can happen. When the placement is live, we send you the live URL.

07Content rules

You may not order links to, or content about, anything that is:

• illegal, fraudulent, deceptive or misleading;
• hateful, harassing, violent or discriminatory;
• sexually explicit, or involving minors in any way;
• malware, phishing or otherwise harmful to visitors;
• infringing another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.

Some publishers do not accept topics such as casino, CBD, crypto, adult or pharmacy, or charge extra for them. Restrictions are shown on each listing where known. We may refuse, pause or cancel an order that breaks these rules or a publisher’s guidelines; see our Refund Policy for how that affects refunds.

08Publisher editorial control

Publishers keep final editorial control over their websites. They may edit titles, images, formatting or wording to match their standards. Your link and agreed anchor text stay the same unless we agree a change with you first. Link attributes, such as dofollow, are as stated on the listing.

09Link replacement guarantee

Placements are intended to be permanent. If a link we placed is removed, or the page is taken down, within 6 months of the date it went live, contact us and we will replace it free of charge with a placement of similar value.

The guarantee does not cover links removed because you changed or removed the target page, asked for the removal, or because the content broke these Terms.

10Refunds and cancellations

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. We will work with you to put things right. We may suspend accounts with open disputes until they are resolved.

11SEO results and search engine guidelines

Search rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms that change without notice. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, indexing or revenue result.

You decide whether our Services suit your search marketing strategy, and you are responsible for how that strategy complies with the guidelines of the search engines you rely on.

12Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos and publisher data, belongs to Destiny Digital Tech LLC or its licensors and is protected by law.

Articles we write for you are yours to use once the order is paid in full. Content you supply must be yours or you must have the right to publish it, and you give us and the publisher permission to publish it as part of your order.

13Agencies and resellers

Agencies may resell our Services to their own clients under their own brand. You are responsible for your clients’ orders and content as if they were your own, and for your agreements with those clients.

14Acceptable use of the Site

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or bulk-download our publisher lists, prices or other data;
• contact our publishers to place orders outside the Site in order to avoid our fees;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

15Third-party websites

The Site and our deliverables link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

16Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, rankings, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

18Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Destiny Digital Tech LLC from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from content or target websites you supply, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

19Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, is used for fraud, or puts our publishers or other customers at risk. You can close your account at any time by emailing info@guestposthere.com. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination, such as payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and indemnity, will continue.

20Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Before starting any formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

21Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
